Cancellation policy.

Appointment time is reserved for you. The booking flow will show the current cancellation and refund terms before payment.

Changing an appointment

If you need to cancel or reschedule, give as much notice as possible so the time can be offered to someone else.

Refund eligibility is based on the policy shown at booking. Paid appointments are not marked refunded until the payment provider confirms the refund.
